Below a brief presentation of my career related to Inland Waterways vessels.

For nearly 14 years I have been inspecting Inland Waterways Vessels for Lloyd's Register, a well-known Classification Society (IACS member). In this function I was the first point of contact for the national owners. My duty was to perform:

-Class related surveys (hull and machinery)

-Statutory surveys (ADN, ROSR, ES-TRIN)

Currently I'm involved with:

-Vessel incident  for the Authorities,

-Assisting the Authorities regarding to ADN regulations and certification.

-QHSE, technical management and ADN Safety Advisor for the operator of an LNG bunkering company (transport at -160°C).

-Certified by the Belgium authorities as trainer of the ADN  (dangerous goods) Gascours (edited by myself). The course is approved as a preparation for the exam for captains of gastankers.

-Certified as ADN safety advisor - gasses (class 2).
